Carolyn came to Wurtland Nursing & Rehabilitation following a hospitalization after a fall at home, focused on recovery and regaining her independence. With the support of our nursing team and a personalized rehabilitation program that included Physical and Occupational Therapy, Carolyn worked diligently toward rebuilding her strength, mobility, and confidence.
Through her hard work and determination, Carolyn made wonderful progress and successfully returned to her prior level of function. We are thrilled to celebrate this exciting milestone as she prepares to return home and begin her next chapter!
